Weekend in review and week to preview...
We had a pretty good weekend. Busy! It mainly started on Saturday with Big D's riding lesson. We got there and through myspace messages with her instructor I had learned the horse we were planning on having her ride was lame last Thursday and that if she still was that she was going to try her out on the horse I've been talking so much about. So we get there and that was indeed the plan. We got him ready and off she went for her lesson. They did very well taking in consideration the craziness the arena was in. Mostly are young girls that ride REALLY well on their horses, but don't listen to one thing her instructor says because she's their age and don't respect her authority. I don't hold it against her, by no means. So everyone just does the best we can. The plan for next week's lesson is for her to try him again so Matt can see her ride him. I got some pics but not too many. Gotta try next week too!
Then Big D and I head home and before I knew it my parents were there with dinner. Matt and I left and headed to grab a quick bite since it was indeed a drinking party we were going to. We weren't going to get drunk off our asses, but you know it would be best to have something in your belly! So we had a nice dinner at Red, Hot & Blue.
Got to our friends and without going into much detail, we had a ball. Everyone was already well on their way.... so Matt and I needed to catch up, lol! We drank some, but then about midnight we needed to head on home. It was a fun night!
Sunday came and we drug it out to church. Big D and Little D did really well at church and Sunday School so that was great. Then later on after that, I went shopping with my mom. I am nearly done! Just a few more things and I'll be completely done. Can not wait!
Today I got a call from my mil and I guess my sil is in early stages of labor! So she could be having her baby sometime today (we hope it doesn't get drug out for TOO long). So this is very exciting. Say a little prayer for her if you would.
Tomorrow Big D has her final choir rehearsal before the big performance on Wednesday. I also have the parent/tot class with Little D in the morning. I then plan on going out to the barn after I drop off Big D at choir.
Wednesday I have a 9a-2p class for CPR training. It's through the Girl Scouts but actually I'm taking it to get certified to teach aerobics. BUT now that's up in the air since my mil is suppose to watch Danielle, but she's got her hands full with sil's son. So we'll just see. Then in the evening we have Big D's concert. She has to be there at 5:30 and the thing doesn't start till 7:30, so I don't know what I'll do??
Thursday Matt has a vestry meeting.
Friday is a Girls Night Out or at least supposes to be. Only got 2 maybe 3 people going so far so I don't know where we are going to end up at dinner.
Saturday is Big D's lesson (again) and then we are taking both girls to Matt's parents (the inlaws) for them to spend the night so we can go over one of Matt's classmate's (and his wife's) house to hang out and play games.
So needless to say it's going to be busy with this, that or another thing.
