Coex Mall and Aquarium were fun.
Met Jae Eun's cute friend, Soo Hong. He knows about as much English as I know of Korean, so Jae Eun was stuck translating between two guitar lovers/rock fans. He's actually not in school. Instead, he's studying (like, really really seriously) the guitar. While I don't approve, I simultaneously have an odd admiration for this. He's cute, too. *giggle* Longish hair, and big brown eyes. I think there's a little something between him and Jae Eun that I'm subtly encouraging.
Nanta. Kicks. Freakin'. Ass.
It's like...a percussive-kitchen-drama-musical thing. Samulnori, set in a kitchen. Minimal talking. Simple set, plot, and characters. Freakin' amazing percussion, though. I mean, they used brooms, chopsticks, pots, pans, and just about any other utensil they had, and actually made real food. Smelled pretty good, too. Long explanation. We leave early tomorrow (today, actually) though, so I'm crashing now.
Oh yeah, one last thing: you know you're far from home when Pizza Hut laces their pepperoni pizza with damn mashed sweet potatoes. Eww.
