Hi everybody...
Geez,I am SO tired.Do you know when u are so tired that you can't sleep?And all you can do is lay against a chair and hope something happens...That's how I am feeling right now.I am typing it awfully slowly,just taking courage enough to a long shower...
And the funny thing is:my regular week started last wednesday.Because was Caranaval,and I have 2 days off...But it wasn't enough.I guess it's even worst because the regular rithim was broke.All I know is: I am deadly tired...I need a pillow.A shower first.
I still working in my project with J.I started to write the story,I kinda finish some of the chars' design,I juts have to wait for J's aprovement,so we can go to the next step.I am quite happy with the ways things are going on...J is always nice,he always have a good thing to say about my work,and do his critiques in a very gentle way.At least I am not afraid of do wrong things anymore...:)I am also liking the way my sketches are showing up.my lines are more strong and clear now.Looks like I finnaly learnt something :).
I bought the first 4 comic books from Neon Genesis Evangelion series.And do u wanna know what?I liked it!It's a surprise for me..I always had something against EVA,I watched one or 2 episodes of the anime and I didn't enjoy it at a first moment.I am not a big fan of mechas :D.But I am doing a EVA manip to a friend,I had to find reference pics...and I went to the Comic Shop,bought my usual x-men/manga bunch of comic books...I saw the first 4 volumes and said to myself:"Ok,I will take a try."And added it to my list...And I really liked it!Now I have to buy more 10 volumes to complete the current collection.It's actually at #14 here in Brazil.
Talking about the comic shop,I am now buying comic books as I never did before.It's one of the advantages aboit gain your own money!Now I can spent it withou ask permission or justify how I am spending it to ANYONE!If you could see my mom's face at the comic shop,it was hilarious!I spent R$60,00 (around 20 american dolars), and she kept doing grimaces to me and muttering about how I spent money with silly things.But she didn't tried to stop me.She didn't even complained about it when we were backing home!The only bad thing is:after I buy all the comic books I wan,I am without any money,because I also have to pay the gollege bills.But it's fine,at least I have something to read,since I have no money to spend going to party up.And I dunno if I my foreigner friends consider $20 too much money...it is,here in Brazil!
