Kanar Update (OMG MEL IS DOING AN UPDATE)
Well I finaly sucked it up and shook out the girly clothes and hit the field, mostly because if I had to smell musty basment another min I think I was going to die. At Anyrate I threw on some clothes and wandered out there and a great time! I was all suprised honistly. I Mean I wasn't invloved in the plots *OMG like that's a supirse* But it was nice to see my friends again and say hello.
Mosty the amazing event was due to the Gambling table. Besides making a good chucnk of change (Quit while your ahead was my mantra)I walked off the field with 90 SILVER. (for your thiefy types that's going into a box in my room for safe keeping) At anyrate...It started out as we need a waitress..I was like Oh oh! pick me pick me. And I fetched them drinks and food..And eventualy I sat down and played a few hands. I now see what the big deal is with that game. Dragon poker is amazing! It's alot of fun and it's nice to know that at the end of the day what your spending is worthless in RL but it ment alot to me. Mosty because I got to play with a diffrent part of the kanar world..and it was nice. I got to really chat with Gnip and that was amazing. And Kreager and Jhonas were alot of fun too (winning thier money was better) But worry not friends I did feed the table like a good little girl. It was just nice to settle in..and be a part of the fun. COnsidering when I'm out there..I'm mostly an outsider..Kind of like a costumed spectator. I don't know how that became my job..but it's good fun. I think it's because I just don't come out enough to care..that and most of my pc's are perptualy first level. Because again power doesn't really get my rocks off.
But to those that were at the table, thanks for making my event really speical. It was nice to feel like I belonged :)
