Strange Mood Tonight
I am most decidedly in a strange mood. The spirit of Whimsy has taken hold of my sensibility and quite beaten it into a bloody stupor. I do believe it's time to pull out the MYTH series by Aspirin.

It's got zeppelins! And mini robots! And guys with hats and weapons and pointy teeth! Oh yes, and a kick ass heroine who has a very disturbing relation with the bad guys.
Anyway, let me go take my whimsy off to my bookshelf where I can hopefully distract myself from facebook and read something productive.
Oooh... bonus points - who can tell me who first coined the phrase 'Go West, young man' and when, where, and why?
