ummmm....
so, I get yelled at for not updating my livejournal. Do you ever have a really busy, boring life? Work... School... apartment...koi... not that these things are boring, but trust me, you've already heard it.
Here's what little I do have.
I talked to the personnel manager at Marshall Fields about doing something to achieve the result of making more money than I am now, and she said to stick out the holidays, and she'll keep her eyes open for opportunities for me. (sounds like working stock). but if it helps, not complaining. I just saw the field's express manager walk out of Old Main (the Wayne State Arts building) as I was heading in for the day. small world.
woke up to a flat tire today; missed ear training and half of keyboard changing it, then waiting at Belle Tire. Hope I din't miss any valuable info.
Finals are starting next week. I have to get next semester's schedule figured out. I have another piece to compose (a ballad in the style of chopin), 5 songs to memorize for juries, four songs and some scales for guitar, six scales and three songs for keyboard, and four more concerts to see in the evening before I am in the passing of all my classes.
I am starting to pass socially at school, for whatever that's worth. Nothing notable, but making friends.
*sigh* I have so little social drama.
good note; I spoke to Colin Mc Millan about my huntresse, and he leant me The Art of Play by Gary Izzo, which I ate up like a Snickers bar, and I'm now sifting back through it over, and over, and over. It's everything about interactive theatre and improv that I wish I had known starting about three or four years ago. I hope I get another shot to play that barbarian; I can feel it getting better.
We also found a more playable character through Galahad for Kevin. I hope he gets to do it, but that is up to him, and Dale, and not me.
I think that's about it for now. I'm gonna go find food.
