Woke up this morning with a new idea for a doublet and pants. Found sources for fabric that I can't actually afford at the moment.
The fabric site that was most helpful has a section labeled as "shiny," I kid you not. Yeah I had to look.
Yup. It was shiny. And until I have enough high end garb that I can go play with fantasy victorians, I won't get to use any of it.
