What is this song?

I was trying to pick out what I thought was the second overworld theme from FFV, but it seemed like I kept moving the key signature down a half step by the time it looped, so I decided to go find the song and take a listen. Turns out that it sounds nothing like what I was playing. So now I'm wondering what the heck this really is. If anyone has any clue, lemme know please?
