*that's "attention" in taek-speak.
my friends and i (plus my very pregnant i-will-give birth-anytime-now sister) met up in tagaytay saturday night. we went to two places that i've seen several times before but never bothered checking out. well, it's a good thing we went there or i wouldn't have bothered with them at all. (note to self: take mom to bag of beans). after that reeeally fun night in tagaytay, i had to wake up early again on normally lazy sunday morning.

i am now officially a taekwondo aunt. i drove my brother to the do jang (that's the gym- haha!) where he had taekwondo class. my nephew tristan was there, too, to practice sparring.
omigosh! i could not keep still. my sister tells me that women normally feel bad when they see the kids getting kicked and all. i wanted to scream "kick ass!". i guess, it's because they're not my kids. but my sister wanted to scream, too, because her son wasn't kicking the other kid enough. i was worried she'd give birth in frustation.
when they took a break, i actually held my nephew's headgear (a la football coach) and told him that, "if you see the other kid fix his gear again, start kicking him!!!!". baaaaaaaad.
oh, and i bought a karate kid video.
