Lately I've been waking up early in the morning. It's really nice, because I have the whole day to do whatever I like (school starts up again on tuesday). On a normal day I'll wake up around 9am, but when I drink, like I did last night, I wake up even earlier; usually around 6am, which is a bit too early. Studies have shown that moderate alcohol consumption before bed can cause wakefulness during the second half of the sleep cycle. I'll have to resist the urge to nap today, because the last time I did that, I slept for 3 hours and it totally threw me out of whack.
I had an awesome workout yesterday, in which I ran for 30 mins straight. It was so exhilarating! Not to mentioned I burned over 300 calories. The best part was I didn't get tired at all; I think my endurance is improving. I'm going to try and recreate that success today. If I keep this up, I'll be slim and sexy by summer. I'm still eating well and taking my vitamins too. Echinacea is a miracle herb. I've been taking it for about 4 months now and I haven't been sick since! I used to have a weak immune system and I think it's getting stronger with the changes made to my diet and exercise routine.
My paid account expires this month. I'm so poor right now I'm not sure if I can afford to renew it...but I don't wanna lose all my userpics!
