I am such a sucker for nostalgia.
Oh, me too. My fandom habits are random at best- I don't stay very long on anything, but I do have a tendency to pop back in every once in a while. And PoT, no matter how retarded it can get, will always have a special place in my heart because it's where I met all you wonderful people, so I can never leave it truly. ♥
If ever, I would hope that that would be Fuji- only it won't actually break me so much as make me feel vindicated. I kinda wanted to throw a brick at Yamato because of the whole "The pillar you stand for is only an illusion" thing. Seriously, way to undermine the whole point of the original series. Actually, I would've been okay w/ Tezuka not finishing the U-17 camp if ONLY he took the time to properly say goodbye to the members who weren't there, ESPECIALLY RYOMA. Even just a letter or something. Instead, he just upped and left. Also, way to break both my OTPs w/ the heaping amounts of AtoTezu. Though I did like the part where Ryoma went to watch Tezuka in secret because d'aawwwww. I guess that's the best send-off we're gonna get.
I want to read a crossover of that so badly.

ASJDALDSKGLK THIS FIC IS EATING ME ALIVE. I was gunning for something light and about 2k - 3k word length, but then she wanted Tezuka in the picture so now it's equal parts ANGST (courtesy of Tezuka) and equal parts PORN (Tokugawa). and it's now running at 8k+ words and I'M STILL NOT DONE. Remember the time I wrote Impulse and I was just supposed to write some student-teacher smut, only it completely veered off-course and developed an elaborate back-story and conflict resolution of its own? HISTORY HAS REPEATED ITSELF.
On that note, do you still beta-read? :p
