First, they sell me a cell phone plan under false pretenses.
Then, they drag their feet about cancelling the plan, which I never would have bought without the aforementioned false pretenses.
Now, they send me my very first ever bill, accompanied by a notice that they're referring me to a collections agency for nonpayment. (It's hard to pay your bills when they never send them to you in the first place.)
Where's a good vengeance demon when you really need one?
