Waco anniversary...
Can you believe it is has been 15 years since the ATF raid on the Branch Davidian compound? It seems so much longer since then.
My registrars meeting is over and my notes have been distributed so I now have no major work priorities to deal with until next week. That means I can spend the remainder of today and tomorrow reading and working on my alternate world LJ (Eva's life is so much more interesting). Tomorrow is the last day of the month and I still haven't finished The Palace...not that it hasn't been a good read so far...I just have spent the last few free moments working on cleaning up my DVD recorder hard drive instead. I must finish that novel before the new month begins!!
Is anyone else happy to be waking up in daylight now that the days are getting longer?? It makes it so much easier to get up and out of bed...even if another -15 day awaits.
