I can't sleep.
Nice.

The good news is that I have the next three days off. But I need to get some studying done. Catch up and all the rest.
Sleep? Oh yeah, that too.

M and I saw Passion of the Christ on Friday. Good movie. Provoked lots of biblical discussion. Made me a little teary eyed, I'm not afraid to admit. After all the dumb stuff I've cried over, I'd be ashamed to watch the crucifixion of Our Savior and not let a few tears fall from my eyes. Definitely the most somber group of people exiting the theatre, probably ever.

Saturday I visited my Grandma. She forgot I was coming, but she bought me lunch and made a scarf for me. And we had some good little talks. I feel bad for not spending as much time with her as I'd like to..but short of moving to Eugene..school, work, and the established relationships I have here certainly justify my staying in or very close to, Portland. Then we saw Fahrenheit 451, which wasn't as great as I expected it to be...To me, the book made me think more about words. About how the firefighters weren't just burning books, but were destroying everyone's chance to think for themselves, to gain new knowledge thru literature. Again, maybe that was just me.

Sunday was sleeping in, breakfast and me and M time. Oh and then work. Must be a full moon is all I have to say about that.

However, after a brief period of absence in my life, tabasco sauce has reappeared and is now my favorite condiment. Alongside with ketchup, of course. It's best on eggs, in my humble opinion.
