About the Weather

So I know a lot of people are complaining about our unseasonably warm weather here on the midatlantic.  But I'm not going to be one of them.  Because you'll never hear me say it should be colder unless the temp is over 85 no matter what time of the year it is.  (I know, I know, I hate cold and I might move to New Foundland... I already know what an issue that's gonna be).

But something about the air today is just... I don't know almost magical.  If I were the type to lie naked in the we grass, tonight would be the night I would.  I think it's the heavy moisture with the air that's just the slightest bit cool.  It's so incredibly refreshing.

And it reminds me of Lima in the wintertime (that's July btw).

Just wish I wasn't so sick and could enjoy it a bit more.

On that note:  I read that 85% of autoimmune disease patients develop depression at some point or another.  I totally understand this and I've been there.  But right now I'm just mad at my body.  Because of the pneumonia and the cold that led to it I haven't been able to work out much which means my joints are all cranky and now the platelets are low and... dammit is it too much to ask that a girl put on a pair of shoes without getting bruises from it?  I'm sorry, but that's frakkin' ridiculous!  *Dulce glares at her feet*

Okay, off to watch the parts of OLtL that I missed while driving to NoVA.
