Ambition - Drive - Desire

Ambition - The ability to push oneself beyond the norm to accomplish that which inwardly we desire above all else.
Drive - (not the car) What fuels our ambition.
Desire - The single most feeling or accomplishment that we yearn for.

Human traits - Used for both good and bad.

They can make or break you, drive you absolutely mad trying to obtain them, or leave you breathless when achieved.

In a vaccuum it would not matter.. or a void where no emotions were involved. Enter emotion and chaos becomes a central factor. Also fear, commitment, loss and success.

That fine line which runs someplace between desire and failure isn't truely fine.. in fact the gap is wider than the grand canyon and can emotionally scar or enlighten you in your pursuit.

It amazes me how we are such a small entity in the grand scheme of things. Just a miniscule grain of sand on the beach of life. Yet, we all desire something or someone.

I've always desired the one thing that is so vast that it is hard to miss and so simple that a child knows it before even understanding what it is. I desire happiness. Perhaps because of it's huge definition I am confused on what actually makes me happy. I have drive, ambition and desire...
Maybe all I need is a simpler way of looking at it. To accept it for what it is and not try to define it.

I need to let go of my drive, ambition and desire and just let it happen.

Sometimes the easiest things are the hardest to grasp.

I do know one thing - I am the only one responsible for my happiness. I need to lighten up on me!
