Yeah, I remember that horrible motorcycle priest show. I don't remember the name though. I also remember he appeared once on "Home Improvement". That was the only one where Tim Taylor ever mentioned religion. Hell, that was the first time I had heard that they went to church. That's right, Tim the Tool Man Taylor went to church. You'd never be able to tell from any of the other episodes.

Oh, yeah. It's great. Just check out some of these episode sum ups:
Episode 12 Mike comes to the rescue of a suicidal elf. (This sounds demeaning to little people if you ask me)
Episode 13 Mike's father arrives and wants Mike to marry him and his pregnant girlfriend. (Great Christian ethics there)
Episode 18 Todd is left behind with a dead body while Mike is out of town. (.....yeah)
Episode 24 Mike and Todd fight over a position as the Detroit Tigers chaplain. (Cause, you know, being the Detroit Tigers chaplain is more important than the souls of the Detroit Tigers themselves)
Yeah, Bill. Great stuff there.
.....I need to stop getting on the computer so much.
oh my God...ladescoladaMarch 25 2005, 02:54:44 UTC
damn, I'm thankfull that i live in Post-"Dangerous Minds" America.
oh and as far as Tool Time goes, you now they got all their Secular Humanist of America-approved religion from Wilson. I didnt mind him too much, but thanks for opening my eyes to the fact that as one of the earlier ABC primetime TGIFish family comedies, Tool Time indeed didnt have that much religion. But i think its better than 7th heaven, in which the whole premise of the show was totally ignored after not one season, but one ep.
lol, yeah thanks bill; it was called "Soul Man." starring dan Akroyd as the standard do-nothing-question-doctrine episcopal priest. well if they didnt specify, he'd fit right in with them anyways...
Oh, and about the movie.

The show was called "Soul Man" and it kicked so much freaking ass that it won the "Steven Seagall kicks freaking ass" award for awesomeness.
Boo Yah bitches!
