first of all, who sent that? it helps to know who I’m talking to.

this is why IKEA sucks:

we spent 5 hours there, and kept getting lost because the store was poorly laid out. after two hours of finally searching for everything we wanted, we had to go to the storage room where we had to find and retrieve everything on our own. during the entire 5 hours we were there, not once did anyone offer to help us look for anything, and if we asked anyone where something was or what something was, they were uneducated on both. no one could help us with any questions we had. we had been tossed back and forth between departments because no one knew jack-shit, and finally we got a guy who was able to look something up on the computer, only to tell us that every single thing we were looking for was either sold out or discontinued, even though they were still on display (which they can not sell the displays).
not a sole person was walking around with a tray of FREE food, or an food for that matter. and the restaurant smelled like rotten sauerkraut.
to top it off: after you go through long lines to buy your shit (which, after 5 hours we left with 2 potpourri things); they ring up your stuff, but you have to wrap it and bag it yourself. and before you even have a chance to finish bagging your stuff they start throwing someone else’s shit down at you. i watched this woman at the next register over, wrapping up her own vases with tissue paper while the cashier began ringing up someone else’s stuff and sliding it down. i was absolutely astounded at how cocky that place was. so rude.

i never said that the furniture sucked. the service sucked. if i thought that the furniture sucked, then why would i have been there?
--i mean really.. think about it.

i don't know what IKEA you went to, but the one i was at was absolutely terrible..
