there's little green in dublin
greetings guys
i'm in dublin right now staying at avalon house, the coolest hostel i think i'll ever see in my life. the other night we stayed at paddy's, a dump by most standards, but i thought it was kind of cute. we did the backpackers pubcrawl last night... i managed to spend tons of money and not really get drunk, (and that's AFTER I took codeine-laced headache pills) but the boys were not as thrilled with it though. i retired to a room of four beds, plus one mattress on floor and then watched as four full grown boys piled in, sprawled out, and preceded to fill the air with farts. haha, I win at life, I do!!
i'm about ready to go home. Last night in a semi-inebriated state, i happened to read a bar's beer menu and got so riled over their negative comments about American beers that I was sucessfully chided into spitting inside the menu. mom would be proud i'm such a lady.
anyways, i think it's time for some starbucks. that's right, you heard me. it's here. grande ice caramel macchiato. mmm, yay.
