(no subject)
So most of you who know me know that I say the word 'dumb' a lot. It's gonna be cloudy tomorrow, that's dumb. The corpse plant hardly even opened all the way...dumb plant. You need to use the chain rule in order to substitute a partial derivative into a another partial derivative...dumb. Well today I was told that I sound like a 6th grader because I use the word all the time. I was told that a PhD student should not speak like a 6th grader. So I got a new word. It's 'fatuous.' Now whenever something is dumb I'm gonna say that it is fatuous. Let's see how long they can handle that one.
In other news...my parents are visiting family in Miami this week. Now they tell me that they are down there looking for houses in the Orlando area because I have more family there. I don't think my mom is too happy about this move idea but I know my father wants to do it. I guess I'm starting to feel kinda sad because I have such a good relationship with my parents and they might move away. Well, I guess it had to come at some point. Once I'm done here with school who knows where I'll be. I've already got an offer to be a professor in New London...maybe I can get an offer in Orlando! I've already worked at the center for optics and lasers there. Well, no need to worry now. Just ranting.
