Bad start
How does my day start like this? Going to sleep last night I thought, I can't wait until the morning because I'll probably feel better. Well, this morning I bring back a rented video...I look at the video right before I put it in the box to make sure it was there...and 20 minutes later the lady calls me and says there's a huge crack in it! How did that happen? 30 dollars for replacement. I'm not so happy. It's only 11am.
