AAwww... i got a red sox fitted!
Ok so who is overly excited right about now... I am !! I started a new study with Hermano Coto's granddaughters. They are so cute! I have to teach one how to read in Spanish and the other one already knows. She is the younger one but is definitely very alert. They boricuas... teehee... I am glad that it went well. I got home like at 2ish and still had to do some more cleaning. Drew came up on Saturday. YAY! He met my parents and my dad started to crack jokes and what not. Everything went very smoothly. He came with his cousin Vaughn (sp?) and a brother named Chris. Both were really cute and tall. Now I believe him that he doesnt have ugly friends. Cause you know some people say that and daaamn what a mess. They were fun. My mom cooked for them. All I did was salad!!! I was sooo gonna cook the last time he was gonna come but I ended up doing the salmon the day before cause I had a feeling our plans wouldnt go through. Yasmin came also to eat and then we picked up Lizbeth. Sorry I took no pictures!! :(
I had noticed, but this time even more... DREW IS MAD TALL!!! I dont even reach his shoulders. Yup, gotta wear heels around him, like 24/7. I found out last week that I am actually 5'4". Tee HEE!!! How exciting. I always thought I was 5'3". Drew is 6'6" with his Timbs on. I felt like I was walking with a NBA player... lol. We went to Dave & Buster's in Providence Place and saw Guess Who. That movie is awesome!! So cute and extremely funny. And for all your information the girl in the movie, Bernie Mac's daughter is Dominican. My sister has an issue with the fact that there arent enough Latina roles yo and they make Spanish girls act Black or White. It's annoying to me too but at least they can multirole which means in the end that they are better actors than a lot of people in Hollywood. But anyways, it was so great to see him. He got me a fitted Red Sox hat. Holla back! And Chris got a Yankees hat... probably on purpose so it didnt look like he was hanging out with a Red Sox fan...wateva dog (YANKEES SUCK). You see ymoian ... he is like so meant for you.... lol
On Sunday, I gave a study at 10 AM with Yasmin then picked up my study, Carla whose aunt now wants me to give Bible study to her daughter who is like 16. After meeting, I was wicked tired. I called my aunt to see if she was home but since Sunday was a super nice day I am sure she went off to do something else and forgot that I wanted to give her a brochure and start a study. Older people are a hassle about Bible studies. I stayed home the rest of the day. I practiced my piano and cooked some chicken for the fam. Yea not too exciting.
