Great customer service from Bookdepository!!

♪(ノ´∀`*)ノ Was happy with the super fast delivery. Yaoi manga arrived in less than a week~

But my order arrived damaged for Brilliant Blue v.2 on the 26th.
There was no sealed plastic wrapping on the book. (usually has)
The outer rims were chewed a little and the book looks old. (pages were discoloured and turned yellow)

So I sent them an email expecting nothing to amount from it and I promptly received a reply stating I could either have another copy resent or a full refund, opted for the latter option and that was processed quickly.
(^∇^) Got my refund today!!

However, another problem popped out. *face palm*  _| ̄|○
The website changed the published date for my preorder 'A Century of Temptation' by Shimotsuki Kairi.
((T.T; )(; T.T))おろおろ・・・ When I booked, it was written 8th October 2013. Now it's changed to 14 January 2014.

Sent them an enquiry. Hope they can cancel my pre-order as I will be returning to my hometown in November. There's no way I will change the shipping address to my yaoi-hater country. (ToT ) I don't want my yaoi to get confiscated again. ャダヽ(o`皿′o)ノ
Yay, they are willing to issue a refund for my pre-order. Love their service but I somehow feel bad for doing it twice in a row. =(
