Looking for a fullsize

Sorry to be a bother, but I'm hoping there might be some fans out there to help. My friends and I are in search of the fullsize version of this icon, which features Cristina with M Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold (and allegedly, Marta from Bleeding Through, who was cut out), from a backstage pic from Ozzfest 2006:
