update on mah life!
Yeeeeesh!! It's been a month since I've posted here. But about my life~~
It's been life-ish?
(screw my efforts to be creative)
So much wondrous, hilarious, and beautiful shit has happened this past month! :D
- BOWLING -
I went bowling on the first Friday of February with my friends. We bowled our hearts out and had an amazing kickass time. But I quickly discovered that God forgot to give me even an ounce of bowling aptitude up at the, uh, the place where babies are made.
I was so bad, on one of my last turns I went up and ended up throwing the ball backwards.
XDDDDDDDDDDD WTF I THOUGHT SHIT LIKE THIS ONLY HAPPENED IN I LOVE LUCY.
I laughed so hard I wept ;)
- "Are you f*cking kidding me!? He looks like a middle-aged Korean housewife!!!" -
Then on Monday, Kate and Tracy and I traveled around Los Angeles being dorks. It was beautiful. We drove to the Hollywood sign, played in traffic, listened to Tracy's crunk playlist, ate at FuRaiBo where they played a shitload of jpop (they even played YUI, Mr. Children, Shonan no Kaze, and DJ Ozma... hahahahaah!)...
Tracy, the-girl-who-harbors-a-mysterious-hatred-towards-the-country-of-her-heritage, was about to destroy the stereo system. LOL well I admit my ears were bleeding too. But... ah well xDDD
We ate frozen yogurt from pinkberry, we rode on a ferris wheel -- It was my first time and I was terrified DDD: --
Then we came back to Kate's house and watched an episode of Hana Yori Dango 2... and afterwards I was thoroughly disgusted. LOL. Who knew a j-dorama could be that cheesy? I mean... no... I wasn't expecting anything like that. It made daytime Mandarin dramas about the Han dynasty seem respectable.
And Matsumoto Jun's hair was hi~deous.
To quote Tracy, the burninator, "Are you f*cking kidding me!? He looks like a middle-aged Korean housewife!!!"

........................................ But the true highlight of that evening... was TrayKayPel & Kate's mom's dining experience at K-ZO.
My first time at a real sushi bar (which perplexes me since I live in LA and am surrounded by Asians. I don't know wtf's wrong with me.)
I was in a state of shock the whole time I was there, just quietly mewing over the morsels placed before me, trying not to act like an idiot XD It was cool though... because I got to hear Tracy, Kate, and Kate's Mom speak Japanese that night xDDD ... damn. I wish I could've struck up conversation with the sushi chefs >_>;;
The night ended on a drunken, sated, and hysterical note. We finished up with Kate's mom driving in the wrong direction and laughing it up like there was no tomorrow.
Drug addicts envy people like us... we who can reach natural highs just by consuming sushi and driving around in circles. They will ask us what crack we're smoking. But we'll be laughing too hard to even answer them.
I slept that night with a more-than-full stomach, smiling, and convinced that Kate's mom is truly a messenger from the Twilight Zone.

After that I can remember nothing of this past week. LOL well Kaela's Scratch album was released... but besides that my mind feels like it's been had at with a giant eraser.
*shrugs* I blame it on Morning Musume :3
