Sean, 20. Been together for about 1.5 years, broke up seriously for a month. After that break up, we've kind of had a renewal and things have been the best that they have ever been. We both have our issues and we have clear communication, which is key. He also totally complements my personality. I'm the more quiet one, he's more outgoing, etc.

07. BROTHERS/SISTERS?
(almost) 16 year old brother. He has mild Asperger's and is pretty important to me.
08. PETS?
5 rats that live with my boyfriend. Soon to be down to 3 as we're going to have to put down the others, soon... :/
09. LIST 3-5 OF THE BIGGEST THINGS GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE
1) School. Graduated in '08 and went straight to college for Occupational Therapy. I lasted 1 semester. I barely survived being away from my family for the first time in ever (I am very dependent on them as they are very controlling and overprotective, so I've gotten used to it - though, that's changing), and I couldn't handle living at school and then having to make new friends. I was severely depressed. Left, came home. Been working at my job for almost a year now, and am now going to go back to school in the evenings come January - majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology, both concentrating in human services.
2) Relationship. It's one of my priorities. At the same time though, he needs his space so I'm working on not being as clingy as I was before and having it be much more adult. And stuff.
3) Work. It's pretty much my social interaction for the day. The rest of the time I'm on WoW or out with people. I'm rather shy, or at least, not outgoing, so having to be friendly all day long is hard on me. But it's a good thing. There's a lot of stress though since everyone is related and they can fight whenever they want. ;P
10. PARENTS
Margarita, 49 (nurse) & Alex, 52 (engineer). Both from the former Soviet Union - my mom is from what is now Tashkent, Uzbekistan and my father is from Moscow. My mom came when she was 17 on 07/07/77. I've grown up with a lot of Russian influence and find it hard to really call myself American. I pride myself on my central Asian Jewish heritage. We're conservadox jews and though I've been straying away from it for a little while, it's important to me. (I'm Jewish Mystic - sort of like Kabbalah except not quite) They are strict but are very loving. It's crazy sometimes to live here, but I'd have it rather than having parents who don't care at all.
11. WHO ARE SOME OF YOUR CLOSEST FRIENDS?
If I had been asked this while I was still in high school, I'd have a long list. My closest friends are probably my boyfriend, my friend Kes (from high school), and people I play WoW with. And some co-workers. But honestly, no one is truly my best friend anymore. I've lost most of them. It's okay, though. I have enough acquaintances that I'm not utterly lonely.
