Once Upon A Time In Idaho

His plane touched down in Boise at approximately 11:30 local time. The mountains rose up in the distance, serving as a backdrop for a rather archaic looking structure that posed as the terminal for the airport.

"Wow, this airport sucks balls," A-Rizzle thought to himself. "Hopefully Dark Kool will remember that he's supposed to pick me up here."

A-Rizzle slowly stood up and stretched is travel-weary and tired body. It'd feel good to finally get off the plane and walk around a bit, before hitting the open road for whatever adventures lie ahead. Unfortunately, the other passengers around him were taking their sweet-ass time gathering their belongings and making haste towards the gangway. Even more unfortunate was the fact that the old man in the row behind him had apparently gotten some bad milk in his morning coffee and the smell was virtually unbearable.

"God, just please get me off this plane RIGHT NOW and I swear I'll never make fun of another old person." It didn't work.

Eventually, the passengers filed out, including A-Rizzle. Much to his delight, Dark Kool stood patiently waiting his partner's arrival. With an understanding smirk and a manly nod of the head, he addressed his newly-arrived compatriot, "Glad you could make it."

"Mmm-hmmm... Do you have the twenty-thousand dollars? Do you have the full amount we agreed upon," A-Rizzle asked.

"Ay! Ay! Ay! We know cash moves everything around this motherfucker. Let me ax you a question... Don Rodriguez. Do you know a Don Rodriguez from the fuckin' Bronx?"

(No, that last part didn't really happen. I just threw it in there for Dennis's benefit... he'll appreciate it.)

The tag-team duo stopped by Dark Kool's apartment for a last few items, then headed up into the mountains for some sight-seeing, before finally hitting up a local Jack-In-The-Box for some pre-trip cuisine.

A-Rizzle, undaunted by the sheer amount of grease and fat contained in his target items, ordered up:

1 Bacon Triple Cheeseburger
1 Order of Chili Cheese Tater Tots
1 Large Chocolate Milkshake

Dark Kool's selections were more conservative, but no doubt similarly tasty. The meals were consumed over a bit of catching-up, then they set out... only 1,500 more miles to go.

And thus began the cross-country trip that would take A-Rizzle and Dark Kool across the very heartland of this great country, from Boise, Idaho, all the way to Atlanta, Georgia. The trip would span nine states, three days and countless Stewart's Cream Sodas, as well as be the basis for many a lasting memory.
