Wow, I practically never post anymore.  Sigh.  I'm reading y'all's journals, but . . . I don't know, I just don't have the energy to write stuff out myself.  It's partially a time issue, but also, I am not in the best of moods.  Here is a quick rundown of my life.

Party:  The New Year's Eve party went wonderfully.  I had a great time, I think our guests had a great time, and the food was AWESOME (if I do say so myself *preen*).  I made hummus and guacamole (in the styles of Sahara Grill and Chipotle, respectively), a turkey, mac and cheese, mint brownies, and a low-fat raspberry cheesecake.  Next time I will make the hummus a little thinner, put less red onion in the guac, and mince the garlic for the guac smaller, but overall--I'm very proud of myself.  I've also managed to get rid of most of the leftovers, so yay for that as well!  The party was extra fun because almost all of my local friends were there and I got to see some people I haven't seen in a while.  There was much chatting and laughing going on, which makes me happy.

Job:  While I enjoy my job now that I'm answering emails, it doesn't quite pay enough to cover the school loans.  I have two interviews this month so far (one this past Friday and one in a couple weeks), and I'm hoping to get a few clerkship calls.  I'm working with someone who specializes in helping attorneys get jobs, so once he writes me a whole new resume and practices some interviews with me, I think I'll start blitzing the state of New Jersey.  Well, and Pennsylvania, as soon as I find a list as handy as the one I found for New Jersey.  Also, I attended my first CLE for New Jersey this past Saturday.  I have to go every Saturday in January for 6 hours.  Oh, and there is homework.  Seriously.  Ugh.

Josh:  Still cute, still marrying him.  January 1 was our dating anniversary, so yay for two years!  Wedding planning is going well, except that I'm hung up on the lack of money right now.  The boys need tuxes yet, and the entire wedding party needs transportation.  Oh, and I need shoes!  Do you know how hard it is to find ivory shoes with diamonds?

Cats: Toilet Cat is living with Josh's mom's housekeeper.  They fell in love at first cuddle, so she's probably very happy there.  We're going to call soon to make sure things are okay.  The Tree Kittens were mega angry about the party (we closed the bedroom door so they had to mingle, so they spent the night hiding in the bathtub.  Every time someone went to pee, they got petted, which I think they liked, although Zechs almost got his head peed on.  Don't ask), but they have calmed down now.  All they want to do is cuddle and eat our blinds.  Sigh.  We figure the blinds are so broken we have to replace them anyway, so what's the harm in letting them get ruined further?

Holiday:  We went to my parents' house on Christmas Eve and came home on Christmas night.  We ate at Carraba's for Christmas Eve, which would have been awesome (I love Carraba's) if I hadn't been in a bad mood and my dad hadn't ALSO been in a bad mood.  He spent most of the time yelling at me for disagreeing with Josh over tuxedos (the "disagreement" was whether we should go to the same place I bought my dress and get 20% off, or go somewhere in Philly...seriously.  Also, it only lasted two sentences, because he didn't know people can call in their measurements.  Once I explained that, there was no problem in anyone's eyes but my dad's), and I was in a bad mood so I snapped back.  The presents and such were nice, but I don't usually talk about what Christmas presents I got.

Is that everything?  Let me know if I missed something you've been dying to know about.
