Character History: There is not much tangible history known about Vicious outside of being a man of the Red Dragon Syndicate. He was partners with Spike for some time. Eventually, he met Julia and they were together intimately, then Julia met Spike. The shit hit the fan when Vicious found out they were seeing each other. Vicious told Julia to kill Spike or he'd kill her. Julia didn't come back and Spike was said to be dead. At some point, Vicious ended up on Titan fighting a war and secretly feeding intelligence to the enemy. He met Gren and gave him the small transmitter that eventually implicated that Gren was a spy. Vicious was the one who turned him in.
Vicious returned to the Red Dragons and began to gain rank. When he was denied the chance to become the successor of the Van, he turned traitorous, and planned a coup.
Vicious kills his old mentor Mao Yenrai after he tried negotiating a business relationship with the White Tiger Syndicate. Mao mentions Spike in his last words. Vicious sets a trap to catch Spike; he catches Faye instead and lures Spike into a church where he exchanges a few words with him. They fight and Vicious throws Spike out a stain glass window. Spike leaves a grenade.
Vicious doesn't appear in the series until he's requested to make the exchange with Gren for Red Eye. He is told to take Lin with him to Callisto. He meets Spike before the deal happens and Lin stops them before it gets too far. They leave Spike and go to complete the deal with Gren. Gren surprises Vicious and the deal goes sour. Spike arrives and a battle begins with Vicious vs. Spike and Gren. After Gren's red eye time bomb explodes. Vicious's ship is damaged and he retreats back to the Syndicate ship in waiting. Vicious escapes.
Much later in the series Vicious tries to kill the Van. The initial attack fails and he's captured. The Van imprisons him and goes after everyone he knows, which flushes out Spike and Julia in the process. Vicious eventually kills the Van and takes control of the Syndicate. After locating the pair, he goes to their location while his men chase after them. Julia dies in the cross fire and Vicious is brought her coat. Spike is already gone but comes later to Red Dragon headquarters for one last battle. Vicious and Spike fight and kill each other.
Abilities/Special Powers: He is surprisingly unfazed by extremely cold weather.

She did not tell him often where she was going to be, if anything she avoided him at all costs. Could she disappear? No, that would bring judgment down on her head. But could she manage to be elusive and annoyingly absent? Yes, Julia was the best at avoiding him. Only when he persistently sent out people to look for her, would he receive a short call from her. Now, was one of those rare moments.
Vicious downed the whiskey in the glass beside him in one swallow and answered his video phone. To him, she was as aesthetically beautiful as the first day he saw her, yet his heart remained as cold as ice. It was not love that drove him to try and find her. She was not his woman, those days had long passed. No, the only mutual link between them now was a 'dead' man named Spike, who was the only reason they talked.
He silently examined her face for any signs of hidden expression. When Julia had enough of it she asked what he wanted in an icy tone. She called him a snake among other things. It didn't bother him but it did provide the opportunity he had been waiting for.
"When God asked where Eve got the apple? Who did she sell out?"
The sudden paleness her complexion was enough to make him smile just a little. Even if she hung up now he had accomplished what he had wanted. Julia could call him a snake if she wanted, everyone had already made the connection and he made no move to stop it. All Vicious cared about was digging his fangs into her a little more, just enough to remind her of who he was.
