[Phone, Unfiltered]

[Noel had already ventured out of the house when she had first arrived...and after the things Ragna had told her she just ran back to the house she had awoken in and hid. She spent quite a long time locked up in a closet. She had simply sat in that closet and cried, her unstable emotions pouring out freely, as she had never before truly known how to contain them. After far too long, Noel was quite a bit sickly when she finally decided to exit the closet...only having come out sneakily to acquire necessities.]

[The first thing she did, however, was take to the phone in a hopeless attempt to establish contact with someone, anyone...perhaps hopefully the master of this puppet show.]

H-hello...[She doesn't sound too healthy at all, and her voice is a bit hoarse.]...I am Ministerial Secretary Lieutenant Noel Vermillion Fourth Thaumaturgist Squadron of the Novis Orbis Librarium. I am...really still not sure what is going on here...but if this is some sort of crazy experiment PLEASE let me talk to someone!

I was...I was pulled away from something very very important. Or...I might have even caused this...I don't know.

[Noel takes a moment to gather herself.] [What do I say? What do I tell them? I don't even know what to do. I...I guess I just want someone to talk to...]

P-please...please somebody answer me!

[Action, all around town]

[Afterward, later in the day, you may run into a young lady with long blond hair, striking green eyes, and a rather lithe frame walking around town. She doesn't look near as haggard as she sounded on the phone...and looks as if she's trying really, really hard to walk with some bit of confidence or authority. Really, her attempts are not translating well. She still looks frightened enough to jump at her own shadow.]

[Will you talk to her nicely, or mess with her? Your call. (Messing with her is a lot more fun.)]

ragna is no help at all, intro, that rank is huge, last thing i remember is hazama's face, still freaked the f out
