My current diet is outrageous:
raw or grilled sweet potatoes (don't want to cook away its nutrition)
raw carrots with ranch vegetable dip
cranberries (as a substitute for the superior blueberries)
wheat bagels
unsweetened tea (as a substitute for green tea)
honey
grilled pork (as a substitute for chicken, fish, or beef)
hard-boiled eggs
skim milk
calcium enriched orange juice (getting phased out of my diet)
bananas (cutting back)
raw spinach
frosted cinnamon buns for before/after workouts
Mega Men multi-vitamins

if a food is being substituted, it was not available or not economical. I will eventually integrate walnuts and pasta also.

My diet will eventually be the uber.
