Now tell me that ain't insecurre. The concept of college seems so securre.
I unenrolled from USF since I was slacking so hardcore that I didn't have much of a choice.
So now I need help with the following: I need to figure out which college to go to in the spring?
Consider...
I definitely have to go somewhere, probably. I have huge loans that I have to repay if I take a six month break from college.
A university:
They take forever to accept you. I probably would not get my application accepted until like mid-December.
Once I get accepted, there would not be much in the way of available classes to register for.
Very few classes that count towards my major will be available. Although I could take other various upper-level classes including Complex Variables
My transfer GPA from Florida Tech was about a 2.3, so I might not get accepted, although USF accepted me when it was a 2.5ish.
A community college:
I would definitely get accepted almost immediately.
I will probably be able to register for classes in early November instead of mid-December.
No classes that count towards my major will be available.
If I enroll in a community college in the spring, I will have to apply to a university again for the fall.
A possibly easier schedule could help me earn gpa-based scholarships.
Also consider:
I made plans to room with a very sexy female who was kind of clueless about where she would live in the Spring. If I go anywhere other than BCC, I will have to cancel the plans and kind of eff her and maybe have her mad at me.
and my stuff is in Tampa, so a close university would make for a simple move, although that should not be a huge factor when considering how little it affects the rest of the semester.
Specific college notes:
UCF is about 75 miles from Melbourne, which would allow me to make several trips to Melbourne to visit my boys. At the same time, it would kind of obligate me to make the trips and there are various tolls on the way, it'd be a distraction, etc..
HCC in Tampa would allow me to stay around my boys in Tampa, which is notably Rich, Jason, and Nolan. But their influence on my focus and sleep habits is bad and I have exhibited that I am not outgoing at hooking-up females in Tampa.
BCC in Melbourne would allow me to be right with all of my cats from Florida Tech, whom don't distract me from schoolwork too badly. I will be around the most females whom I am decently in with; although those females aren't very interested in intimacy and can't recognize that Lackeos is the biggest stud ever.
FSU is packed with people I know from Choctaw, including Jenna Thom and Ashley Powell (very sexy females, of course). My sister spent a semester or year or w/e at FSU and scrubbed-out because of big classes, big city, etc..
I could potentially live at home if I go to UWF, although I find that option pretty fucked-up. I could still go to UWF and not live at home, though. Also, family would be close enough to visit me, which is pretty fucked-up once again.
I am visiting UF right now. Went to a pretty decent party that my boys through, had fun with females (no details), etc.. Could indicate consistent good times at UF, although I might be able to have consistent good times at any school.
I could maybe go to OWC also. Living at home would be awefully cheap or free. That would also suck, as living at home is never a good thing.
I need lots of advice. I could not figure this out myself. All I could think of was apply everywhere, see how it goes, and let Carolyn know what's going on.
