Whew!
Well, i created the most lovely layout the other day, but livejournal decided to disagree with me and not let me update. So that explains why i have not updated in ages. Besides the fact that i had to work last night, and do a 6 page essay for English, which was due today. Phew, that sucked. But, it's all good. Spring Break has begun, freedom will be mine for a whole week, except for the days i must work, heh. We are visiting family in Iowa for a few days, and were actually supposed to leave a few hours ago. Yet, of course one of the daycare children gave my mom the flu, and she has been sick all day. So we are delaying the trip until early morning tomorrow. I'm kind of excited, even though it's Iowa, and we are only going for like 3 days. Hey, i'm not going to complain. I've never gone anywhere for Spring Break except for the Johnny No Name concert (boy, oh boy, good times), so you could understand why i am anticipating this.
I'd like to throw in a happy birthday to Michele while i am at it too. Happy birthday girl, hope you had a fantabulous day so far.

One day, i was talking to the ever so entertaining Peter, when i asked suggestions for icons. Although i did not save this conversation, i will just recite what of it i can remember. He said to make a gondola icon. I responded by saying i had no clue what one of those were. Then, after extensive research, i knew a gondola icon would be an icon like no other. So, i recruited Lisa to give me a hand in creating one, which she did so nicely. And this was the IM chat Peter and I had directly afterwards...
