Bleh not sure if im fighting off what mum has or im just over tired or its the wheat but i fee so nauseous and headachy and zoned out today. Going to try and go to the gym anyway.
Decided that after what Rich said at the gym on monday about women in their mid 20's starting to put on weight because they cant burn the at/sugars off as fast as they used to, that perhaps I should finally cut back on my sugar and chocolate intake. Slowly mind you. The idea of going cold turkey makes me panicky (probably not a good sign) So the aim is by the time I have my celiacs test i have significantly reduced my sugar intake.
I feel good this morning as i stopped myself having chocolate biscuits at breakfast. (although had honey on toast) So first little achievement of the day. The next is hauling my butt off to the gym. OFF I GOOOOO.
