I agree. My entire family tree, starting from my grandparents then going down, have been forced into those situations where they have to grow up or stay stuck in one maturity age. Take my aunt, for example. You talk about anything, from how your leg is broken to how you have to wake up at one in the morning, and she will do everything in her power to one-up you and make it seems like she's in a worse situation. Of course, it is my belief that those who are forced to grow up will tend to one accelerate one aspect of their maturity, and other aspects will be frozen at that maturity stage.

Of course, I also understand what you are saying about what we accept and put up with (at least, I think I do... alot of the time tho Im wrong when I think that... lol) I don't really believe they interrupt because they will forget what they have to say though. Rather I think they interupt because they are not listening to the other person's problems.

As for those people who say they "were forced to grow up"... I've found that alot of the times, they are either people who've gone through so much pain that that pain becomes a part of them, or they are people who don't even know they meaning of pain, and just simply think the world revolves around them.
