book #2 finished
So the entirety of Harry Potter book six was based around love, hocruxes, and the half-blood prince(obviously). Harry Potter ended up with Ginny but Dumbledore's death and the newfound duty he had to carry out made him split up with her. Ron ended up with Hermione, sort of, near the very end of the book. Now on to hocruxes. A hocruxe is something one puts their soul into for immortality, so once the body is killed and the one part of the soul, the person can continue living through the hocruxe which is what Voldemort did. The duty that Harry now has is to find all of the horcruxes and destroy them. Finally, the half-blood prince happens to be Severus Snape who killed Dumbledore in the end, betraying the trust of many including the greatest wizard, in the eyes of many, of al time.
I am sad that Dumbledore died because he was, for lack of a better word, awesome. Now that i have read the book, though, i can go see the movie in which i will most likely cry seeing as i have a tendancy to completely immerse myself in things be it movie or book or something else entirely. I have started the last book which i will probably use for next weeks 3 blogs (if i can make it last that long, but i am already almost half way done).
