Sounds like it would be, doesn't it? As far as I know, it's a nonsense word Parker was using as a placeholder while writing the song, and when he was singing it for his friends, they liked it so much that he kept it.

Now it's only as broadly spread due to Troma Films and their release of Cannibal! The Musical, which everyone should see at least once. If only for the Nihonjin Indians.
