(no subject)
Even after being out of school for two weeks, I find myself just as jumpy and cranky as I was when in school. It will take me a while to recover. I am thankful for this summer and my ceramics class and the friends I have in town and the work I will do and the vacations planned and my bike and the bookshelf of patient entertainment.
I got a promotion at the tea shop after requesting to have more say in how the weekends are run. I am now the weekend manager. I need a cooler title though. Weekend TEAm Lead, Tea Chai Manager, High Teatender, Big Tea Homey... I'll keep working on those.
I had a final visit with Annie, my ex-co-president of the Holistic Health Club. We talked about what I should do next year. I hope I have lots of time. I'm going to kick off the new year with a lot of promotion stuff to get new members and I might actually have meetings more often and do volunteer work. That was kind of fun.
I found out why my plants kept getting angry and dead. I totally suck at plants, but... I'm going to start growing herbs as soon as I can (probably after the trip)!
In less than two weeks I leave on Bishop Road Trip 06! This trip needs a better name. Summer's Wedding RT, Bishop or Bust 06, Summer Squared RT 06, Failed Marriages RT, Abusive Rednecks RT... I'll keep working on those too.
I don't know how to do anything photo-related to my pics transfered to the computer. The computer can recognize them, preview shows them, but iphoto isn't able to open them. I am upset about it. Anyone out there know about macs? Eh?
Well, I'm bored and tired and must go to work with the Mahoneys early early early. *yawn*
