(no subject)
So we're all moved into the apartment finally yayyy and I figured I finally had time to do a post about the beginning of the school year. :)
+cooking for myself is so awesome
+having a sink in my room is quite unexpectedly great
+HAVING MY OWN ROOM FINALLYYYY..legit, my single bedroom this year is bigger than the double I had last year, thank you baby jesus
+having Libby around as a roommate instead of Quiet Kristen. Don't get me wrong, I loved Kristen, but Libs is just as judgmental and bitchy as I am, and I needed someone like that living with me. :)
+The water pressure in the shower is amazinggggg
-the toilet perpetually smells like dead animals and no amount of cloroxing we do will change it haha
-spending sooo much $$ on groceries...our first trip to Giant Eagle was so overwhelming because I've never had to buy groceries to make full meals before
Yeah, so on my birthday, we went out to the Sphinx, which is one of our favorite houses to go to to party...Get there, completely smashed, and I start telling all these guys to drink because it's my birthday. And of course they do, because who's not going to drink?! Duh. Aaaaand I may have gotten like, 15 guys to give me birthday kisses hahaha whoops! Now these random freshmen guys that I met that night keep coming up to me on campus, like a week later, and saying 'Happy birthday!!' Great, great....they don't even remember my name, and they pretty much consistently call me Birthday Girl haha. So, all in all, a good weekend. :)
