Lace's Route to Canada
This Thursday, I'll be starting my drive to Vancouver, BC. I got a long haul ahead of me, but I am hoping it will be a fun and exciting one. In total, I estimated about 55 hours of driving. Here is a play-by-play map to give you an general idea of the routes and stops I'll be taking along the way:
Orlando, FL to Leesville, LA
Leesville, LA to Dallas, TX
Dallas, TX to Oklahoma City, OK --- Oklahoma City, Ok to Kansas City, KS
Kansas City, KS to Denver, CO
Denver, CO to Salt Lake City, UT --- Salt Lake City, UT to Seattle, WA --- Seattle, WA to Vancouver, BC
I pretty much got my drive planned out, staying over at friend's houses along each stop. However, If anyone of you are along my general routes and stops and like hang out or just grab a bite, please let me know and I'll see what I can do :). I really look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones along this cross country drive :D.
Also, a friend suggested I do a "Lace Around the US" with my fursuit. Essentially, I will be taking pictures of myself in fursuit throughout my travels and experiences (i.e with friends, events, other fursuiters, every route stop/state I visit, etc...). I found it to be a pretty cool idea, so stay tuned for I am going to give it a shot *wags* :3.
Well I still got some more packing and things to do before I leave Orlando, FL. I'll update everyone on what has been going on and to come before I start my drive. Take care everyone *hugs*
