Some Book reviews
Spoilers for: Breaking Dawn, House of Night Series: Marked, Betrayed, and Chosen.
I am so pissed with the way all these books have taken me.
One. I was so happy to find a series while awaiting Breaking Dawn. I fell in love with House of Night Series by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast. I fell in love with Marked, went straight to Betrayed and then pause for Breaking Dawn.
Breaking Dawn - did I LOVE it? No. Did I like it? Yes. I was happy the Jacob finally found someone. I always knew her would. I was surprised at Alice, but I knew she wasn't gone forever. Did I know there was going to be a mushy happy ending? Of course. Doesn't mean I like it, but I know that I am okay with the ending. (The Volturi are not gone.)
Now, I am going to say a little something about Chosen from the House of Night series. AHHHHHH. I am so pissed at Loren. Fuck guys like that. EW. I wish Zoey would have stayed with Erik. AHHHH. I wish Erik would have seen after hearing that conversation with Neferet that it would all make sense. That Zoey was used. I know that they will end up together in the end. Was I happy that Loren died? No, not in the sense that it was the People of Faith that did it. I can't believe that Loren felt something for Zoey after all, deserves him right. I hope the Zoey is okay with it in the end.
I must say that it took me about 5 hours to finish this book once I read beyound the first three chapters, then I couldn't put it down. I hope Zoey changes and doesn't die. What will happen to Aphrodite? Will Erik be able to take Zoey back? AHH Nyx has us in anticipation for her next adventure, can I wait until September 23rd? I think not.
