I was wondering if anyone out there has ever heard the phrase, "tempest in a teacup", where it may have been from and what exactly it means. I get these weird little "blip" thoughts from time to time and they drive me nuts, the not knowing of it. Of course, it's a very short drive (hee hee)... on a happier and less nutty note, this morning on my walk to skytrain I met a very cute and frisky (also affectionate) grey stripey kitten who just MADE my day! Everything seemed all right after that, even to the point that I scored 97% on the HR exam I was only expecting to score in the mid-70's on today.
I think I want to apply for part-time work at the courthouse, it's only a hop and a skip essentially from where I live and it would be relevant work experience for my future career. Those government test exams are tricky! I only scored 50% on the first one I've taken... the minimum passing grades are 33/50 on the level 1 test and 51/90 on the level 2 test. (66 and 56 percent respectively in case you were wondering). I am SOOOO ready to be done with school and get back into the workforce making some moolah! Munny munny munny munny.... MAHney! (to the tune of the Apprentice) Being broke is noplace to be. Not that we are, exactly, just spending more than is coming in... never a good idea.
But HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO KingWalder_2 on the 28th!!!!! gotta plan something fun....
