Aside from the simple and crazy memes I'm addicted to, last week my hubby and I decided to start Atkins. Six days in and he's lost 10 lbs. Myself, having been a sugar addict for most of my life, have been having the crazy dilemnas... "avoid sugar and be insane, or cheat and be able to function normally?" Admittedly, I've had a couple of bananas in the last week (mostly to get my brain started in the mornings, one before my Marketing exam in school, and another before the "orientation" I was called in to work to complete just yesterday morning. Augh!)
On a less aggravating note, my babies are coming to visit this week! (turns a rather exquisite cartwheel, in my head of course) After work on Wednesday, my mom will be dropping them off for 3 days... cuz I have to work the whole day again on Saturday (POOP!). Haven't seen the monsters since last Christmas, they're growing up SOOOO fast, too. Alexandra will be 14 this August, and Brandon will be 13 at the end of December. I will finally be a college graduate, most likely with an honors diploma, at the end of October! Yay me! Hubby has been a good sport through it all. I just wish I was shrinking as fast as he has been recently! (Green-eyes monster rears its ugly head.)
