how am I awake????
So last night I went a backyard party for my friend Jew who's going to the navy tomorrow. Mind you, it got cold in new orleans for no apparent reason!! Don't ask why the hell we were drinking cold beer outside in the cold- because it makes no sense!!!
anyways anyways...
as I'm freezing my hypothetical ass off this guy named Ollie who was on a couch in this backyard (why? I don't know, it's a nola thing I guess.) He says to me:
"Has anyone ever told you that you look like Uma Thurman in Kill Bill?"
I replied: "No, but that's probably the best compliment I have gotten in about 6 years."
And the rest of the night this guy kept on making all these connections between me and the Uma Thurman character in Kill Bill. It was the greatest thing ever.
And then at about 4:30am as I'm watching the Family Guy dvd box set with a bunch of people I think- hey- I've got class tomorrow! And Frank (this guy I know from UNO) gives me and Sam a ride back to Loyola and I get to bed around 5.
Then I wake up at 8 for no apparent reason and I can't get back to sleep.
at 10:30 I went to philosophy, not even sleepy, on only 3 hours of sleep. This is just not like me at all. I have no idea what has gotten into me. I must be some kind of machine. Time for some lunch.
