WHY CAN'T YOU DIRECTLY TALK TO A DOCTOR'S OFFICE?????? I've been playing a game of phone tag since last week. I even called this morning between 7 and 8 a.m. when the lines are supposed to be open for emergencies but NO, left another fucking message only to receive the tenth one from them while I was in the shower an HOUR later. Haven't been this frustrated in a while.
