Wedding Update~ Bridesmaid Dress Frustrations! (*186 Days And Counting!*)
Ugh... Bridesmaids Dress Shopping Is A Pain In The Patoot!
~However I think I've found a dress I like. It's a dress, not a gown, which is SOOO going to cause issues with my family members, but if I go with the "Harvest Gold" (*Which Is A Very VERY Light Shade Of Brown!*) then I can just make the ribbons the orange, dark brown, red, and purple. PLUS, that dress is the cheapest I've found! So YeY!
~I also found some gowns that could manage the same sort of thing, brown with different color ribbons, so I've got to check them out because their prices are "Vague." And by vague, I mean they have this "Rating System" with flowers where they just say something like "Under 150." Well what the hell does that mean? Is it $150 or not? $149.99??? ~Is that taking into consideration alterations, or do you just enjoy making me stress?
Anyways...
...Of course my opinion could change tomorrow on the whole "Brown" thing... But I'm leaning more towards these different shades of brown to avoid sticking anyone in a color they don't like. If I choose one color then no one can complain that they got stuck in the weirdo color.
-But again, that opinion could change tomorrow. I've been bouncing these ideas back and forth for weeks!
~On the other hand, I also found a few dresses at David's Bridal that are reasonable. Not fantasitc, I'm acutally rather dissapointed. AND their gowns are pretty expensive (*Which Is Incredibly Weird!*)! I thought David's Bridal was supposed to be cheaper!
~Anyways... I was leaning more towards chiffon because its flattering to all but the colors they have are incredibly muted. I can't tell if that's just the site and they'll be more vibrant in person, or what!?! But I'm ready to scream!
And if that we're bad enough, most of the sites don't have prices at all. Which is saying something!
...I really need to get on this though, otherwise they won't have any dresses AT ALL! We're getting down to the wire for alterations! My Bridal Gown isn't even altered yet! I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF IT EXISTS AT THIS POINT! (*Crazy Eyes!*)
