I went for a 2nd re-watching of Inception on Tuesday and fell in love all over again with the movie. And strangely, I lost my slasher goggles. How did that happen?

i wasn't shipping!
I know. Just yanking your chain.
... you're welcome to tackle the movie a third time (hoho) to verify this!
This would necessitate me to get the Blu-Ray/DVD in December as no cinemas here are showing it anymore. *cries*
...fancied for these intelligent, self-aware and slightly cynical characters largely because they were such characters, and shipped them because they don't know anyone like that irl.
*sigh* I know EXACTLY what you mean.
... i think i would find someone like Arthur quite unnerving if i actually met him.
Absolutely. These are the kind of people you love on paper/screen, but prolly not the kind you want to know IRL.
You know, a lot of people who know about my obsession for Dean Winchester seems to think that I would want a guy like that for my own. Actually, no. A guy that damaged takes a lot of work; work I don't think I'm equipped for. And though I read romance novels, I am fully cognizant of the fact that like the song, sometimes love JUST ain't enough.
Sometimes in takes a psych degree / a saint's patience / Pollyanna-style optimism (or undiluted insanity?).
