Dye class: printing multiples

Here are a few images of my dye class students' projects on printing multiples of an image.



Claire Fleming created a stencil for this hippopotamus logo repeated on woven fabrics, placemats, and a painter's cap.



Adrienne Corral converted a photo of an owl trivet to a stencil to repeat it on this bag.



Caroline Long screenprinted a series of t-shirts of her family's boat logo.



Samantha Greaves used a two part process of roller printing and screenprinting to create these topographic map images on leather placemats and coasters.



Adrienne Corral created a screenprint of this cartoon character for a series of t-shirts...



...then ran a series of heat-setting tests. The printing ink she used claimed that it could be set using an iron or in a common clothing dryer. Here's how these turned out:
