(no subject)
School is over!! Summer is here, though who would know by the quasi-spring weather outside. I finished my Environmental Science final in 15 minutes.
My sister is due any minute now. And I work ALL weekend, which is just lovely. I warned them that I might not be able to go in if she goes into labor, so I hope they don't get pissed if it happens this weekend.
And onto my favorite subject...Mr. Clayton Aiken. If he gets kicked off tonight, I am done. He did mess up last night, but its been admitted by the American Idol people that they forced a whole new unrehearsed chorus of "Vincent" on him 25 minutes before showtime. Thats such crap and it INFURIATES me. And granted, it was not a great performance, but I can't say that the song itself was that phenomenal. Ruben would have butchered it to no end. And Clay came back with 2 amazing performances, both of which blew Ruben and Kim out of the water. I mean, he made "Vincent" acceptable, but not really up to "Clay standards". I think that "Solitaire" was an okay song, until Clay did it. He MADE that song. I'm not really nervous though, b/c I voted for 2 hours and got through twice.
And who's going to the AI concert in Wilkes-Barre on July 16th? Oh yeah. Me, Kim and Steph. Floor section 1, row E. I am assuming that we are 5 rows from the stage. Its gonna rock...
