This week I am especially pleased with my body. Not only am I pleased with my body, I'm pleased that I have a body and that it works. It's really quite extraordinary..
A body is quite cool actually, with the bones and the muscles and the fact that everything seems to cooperate smoothly...
I mean, my back hurts a little when I sit bent over a painting all day, and my feet hurt after work and sometimes my knees gives in a little..
But in general, I treat my body much worse than it treats me..
with the cigarettes and the beer and the massive amounts of coffee, I break my back cause I don't care how I sit when I paint and I'm really clumsy so I'm always walking into furniture,
but my body is very faithful...
To celebrate this I stood naked in front of the mirror and jumped up and down like crazy, it looked real fun, you should try it.
